Egg, Bacon and Cheddar Breakfast Sammie
This little delicious breakfast sandwich starts with all of the the low carb foods that I love. Bacon, Cheese, and Eggs. It rivals any breakfast that I can purchase at a fast food restaurant. Minus the carbs, of course. But you'll have to put a little effort into making the biscuits. But just a little as they are pretty darn easy to make. I will often make a double batch and put them in the freezer so they'll be ready anytime that I want them. They are also yummy as a side dish with Steak, Chicken, or even my low carb meatballs.

Low Carb Breakfast Sandwich with Egg, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese
ingredients:
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 2 piece of cooked Bacon
- 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 TBL No Sugar Added Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Nut-Free Garlic & Parsley Biscuits
instructions:
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add egg and cook to desired doneness
- On the bottom biscuit spread on mayonnaise. Then layer with cheese, bacon, egg, mustard, then place another biscuit on top and enjoy!
